  • Convection oven:
    Brown the coq au porc on both sides in a skillet and then bake in oven 
    for 30 minutes at 2750 F.

 
STORING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Keep product frozen until ready to use.
  • Will keep for 6 months in freezer.
  • Use within 6 days when refrigerated.
  • Thaw in the fridge 12 hours.
